Background

Designed Learning LLC was created by Brittany A. Brown. Her mother, retired educator and author Beatrice Brown, taught Special Education for over 30 years so Brittany was exposed to meaningful instruction and unique strategies from an early age. After earning a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education and almost 10 years of teaching experience, Brittany realized she saw the most student growth when the learning opportunities were designed with the student in mind. She wanted to create opportunities for students to learn and develop skills that would be useful in their day-to-day lives across a variety of settings. Designed Learning was created to provide meaningful learning opportunities for students.
